Inbound Specialist

The Inbound Specialist receives inbound customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Obtains necessary information to determine appropriate reimbursement for services rendered. Input orders into proper system. Achieves call center and individual quality and productivity goals in accordance with established objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls.
  • Complete admission intake form and sales and rentals;
  • Enter change of address records and/or changes to insurance information;
  • Verify insurance and financial credit;
  • Collect fees;
  • Qualify patients for reimbursement;
  • Determine charges for services and product ordered. Quote prices;
  • Solicit sale of new, replacement or additional services and products;

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Diploma) or equivalent
